Best for: scale-ups where marketing matters commercially but senior in-house leadership is missing or stretched. The hybrid play: I run the function, build the operating model, recruit your full-time hire with you, and hand over a function that already works.


Audit & Roadmap
A senior-operator audit of your marketing function with a prioritised 12-month plan, delivered in 4–6 weeks. Fixed scope, fixed fee.
Best for: marketing leaders inheriting a function, founders before a major marketing investment decision, or businesses where activity is high but commercial output is flat. The audit produces three things working, three things broken, one thing nobody is talking about — and a board-ready answer to “so what do we do?”.
Campaign Strategy & Launch
Senior strategy and launch oversight for one high-stakes campaign — audience, channel plan, creative direction, paid media plan, measurement framework, end-to-end. 6–12 weeks.
Best for: product launches, market entry, brand repositioning, or single high-stakes campaigns. I write the brief and direct the work; your in-house team or trusted freelancers do the production.

Senior-operator oversight of your marketing tech stack — audit, vendor selection, implementation oversight, and the reporting layer that survives the first board meeting.
Best for: clients on outdated CRM/martech, broken attribution, or fragmented data inherited from acquisitions or previous marketers. Vendor-agnostic. No commissions, no preferred-partner deals. The recommendation reflects what you need, not what I get paid for.
